The mission of the Urban Strategy America ("USA") Fund is to invest in real estate that not only maximizes profitability and reduces risk for our investors and partners, but also creates housing, jobs and needed amenities to stimulate economic development and enhance the quality of life within the communities we invest in.

From supplying needed workforce/middle-income housing and retail amenities in select urban areas to targeting development and redevelopment of office and warehouse distribution facilities within the city limits, the USA Fund will provide economic stimulus and enhance the quality of life for residents through the creation of employment opportunities, needed amenities, and real estate and other tax revenues.
