New Boston Fund Hires Jerry Pucillo as Senior Vice President and Project Executive - Pucillo to promote a sustainability platform across departments and projects

Boston, MA (6/15/06) - New Boston Fund`s commitment to sustainable design was advanced recently when the Boston-based real estate investment, development and management firm, hired Jerry Pucillo as a Senior Vice President and Project Executive. In this role, Pucillo will be responsible for bringing sustainable building best practices to New Boston Fund`s development projects. A former New Boston Fund consultant, Pucillo will be a resource and catalyst to all of New Boston Fund`s projects and departments.

Pucillo will also facilitate growth of New Boston`s Urban Strategy America Fund projects by promoting the triple bottom line of returns to investors, economic development and environmental responsibility. The USA fund is a private real estate investment fund focused on generating exceptional returns for investors while enhancing the quality of life for residents and businesses within the community.

Previous to joining New Boston Fund, Pucillo was President of Centergreen LLC, a sustainable development and strategic consulting firm. As a private consultant, he has provided strategic consulting for both private and institutional clients seeking to maximize their real estate assets.

Pucillo also previously held the position of CEO of Keen Development Corporation, where he was responsible for day to day operations as well as senior project oversight for several development projects. He was also Director of Housing Development for the Archdiocese of Boston, Senior Vice President of the RISE group, and Senior Vice President of the Program Management group for the Bovis Lend Lease Construction Company.

Pucillo is a Harvard University Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Design. He received a bachelor`s degree in Philosophy from St. John`s Seminary College and a master`s in Theological Ethics from Boston College.
