New Boston Fund Sells 2000 Corporate Ridge in McLean, Virginia

McLean, VA (6/22/06) - New Boston Fund, Inc., a Boston-based real estate investment, development and management firm, has confirmed the sale of 2000 Corporate Ridge, in McLean, Virginia. The 256,022 square foot office space sold to the D.C. based Stephen A. Goldberg Company.

The property was acquired by New Boston Fund in 2000. The asset is located in Tysons Corner, Northern Virginia`s "downtown" office sub-market, home to numerous government contractors and professional service firms, with an amenity base that includes two super regional malls, restaurants and hotels. It is easily accessible from Washington D.C. and the region`s major airports. The property`s position at the intersection of Route 495 and Route 7 also gives it great visibility from the Beltway. 2000 Corporate Ridge is ideally located for easy access from the Beltway, the Dulles Toll Road and Route 66.

Amenities at 2000 Corporate Ridge include structured parking, an atrium and a cafe. It is home to Logistics Management Institute, a longtime tenant that has grown in the property.

This sale was a joint venture with Glenborough Realty Trust and brokered by John Duffy and James Kraft of Holiday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.
