New Boston Fund Names Michael Stein Portfolio Anaylst

Boston, MA (12/19/06) - New Boston Fund, a Boston-based real estate investment, development and management firm, announces Michael Stein has been hired as a portfolio analyst.

In this role, Stein will be responsible for analyzing information from New Boston Fund`s Market Research, Accounting, Finance, Asset Management and Property Management departments to build on the company`s long-term real estate strategy. He will work in the Portfolio Strategy Department to analyze the annual budget, create the five year plan and help develop methods for reporting to investors and management.

"Michael Stein`s extensive experience in the local real estate market will be a strong asset to our team," says Michael J. Buckley, senior vice president of New Boston Fund.

Before coming to New Boston Fund, Stein was an agent for Marcus and Millicap Real Estate Brokerage where he was responsible for developing a new presence for the company in the local market. He also worked for ten years as a Real Estate Investment Analyst and Consultant at Taylor Doherty Incorporated, a real estate advisory firm that works with institutional, corporate and individual investors. Stein also has experience as a general manager for Graphic Color Corporation, a pre-press graphics company where he oversaw accounting, customer service, sales, support and production.

Stein has a MBA from Babson College and bachelor`s degree from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
