New Boston Fund was established by the Rappaport family of Boston in the early 1990's in order to take advantage of opportunities created by the real estate downturn in New England. The Rappaports have been major players in the New England real estate industry since the early 1950s, and have built an extensive resume of real estate development and investment successes. Their experience prior to founding New Boston Fund is highlighted by the development and management of Charles River Park, Boston's leading mixed-use residential community, which consists of over 2,000 apartments and over 500,000 square feet of retail and office space. Since 1993, the Rappaports and their dedicated team of senior real estate professionals have focused their expertise on the New Boston Real Estate Investment Funds, offering their considerable resources for the benefit of a growing family of third-party investors.
