L. Rappaport - Chairman Emeritus
As Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors, Jerome Lyle Rappaport
provides guidance on the overall direction for New Boston Fund.
Mr. Rappaport has over 50 years of real estate investment experience,
including the development, management and sale of one of the largest
mixed-use developments in New England, Boston's Charles River Park.
Guided by the Rappaport family, Charles River Park grew into a thriving
community that ultimately consisted of 2,300 units of housing, well over
500,000 square feet of retail and office space and over 3,400 parking spaces.
Mr. Rappaport also played a prominent role in the redevelopment of the
Charlestown Naval Yard in Boston, the redevelopment of 2000 Commonwealth
Ave in Brighton, MA, and numerous other real estate investments in the
Northeast. Mr. Rappaport has been a driving force in Boston's urban
planning affairs since the 1950's and has served on the boards of several
civic, charitable, and professional organizations. He has also founded a
number of charitable and research programs, including the Jerome Lyle
Rappaport Charitable Foundation and the Rappaport Institute for Greater
Boston at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Rappaport
is also the founding member and senior partner of the law firm of Rappaport,
Aserkoff & Gelles.
Mr. Rappaport received an AB from Harvard College and an LLB from Harvard Law
School as well as an MPA from Littauer School of Government at Harvard
University. He was also the recipient of an Honorary Degree from Suffolk
University Law School.

W. Rappaport - Chairman and Director
As Chairman and board member of New Boston Fund, Jim Rappaport
provides overall direction for New Boston Fund. He is also active
in capital raising and investor relations for the firm. As a voting
member of the Investment Committee, he reviews and approves major
investment transactions of the various funds and is an active member
of the Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and the New
Boston Advisory Board.
Mr. Rappaport has over 25 years of real estate investment experience.
Beginning in 1982 he was a General Partner in Charles River Park,
where he managed the daily operations of the mixed-use development
which generated over $40,000,000 in annual revenue. Also during the
1980s, he personally purchased, repositioned, and sold several
properties in Hawaii, including the Kauai Resort Hotel. From 1991
to 1994, Mr. Rappaport served as President of Charles River Properties,
Ltd., overseeing company operations, investments, and public affairs.
Mr. Rappaport is actively involved in numerous civic and charitable
organizations, including serving in a number of leadership positions
for the Combined Jewish Philanthropies. He is also a member of the
Board of Trustees for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as well as the
Board of Overseers of Boston's Children's Hospital. He is the current
Chairman of Specialty Hospitals of America, LLC, which owns and manages
two long-term acute care hospitals (LTACHs) in Washington, DC.
Specialty Hospital of Washington and Hadley Memorial Hospital have over
140 LTACH beds and 180 skilled nursing beds. Mr. Rappaport is a
member of both the Massachusetts and Vermont Bar.
Mr. Rappaport holds a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Boston University School of Law.

Phyllis
E. Rappaport - Vice Chairman and Director
As Vice Chairman and Director, Phyllis Rappaport contributes to the
oversight of New Boston's strategic planning, human resource planning
and development, and organizational performance.
Ms. Rappaport's experience includes serving from 1991-1996 as member
of Rappaport Associates, which oversaw Rappaport family real estate
business activities, New Boston's group of real estate partnerships,
and Rappaport family venture capital investments. Since 1993, Ms.
Rappaport has been a trustee of the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture
Park in Lincoln, MA. Ms. Rappaport is also Chairperson of the Board
of the Jerome Lyle Rappaport Charitable Foundation, which began in 1997
and focuses on promoting emerging leaders in public policy, basic
research, and art. She serves on the President's Council for the
Massachusetts General Hospital, McLean Hospital's National Council,
the Advisory Board for the Taubman Center for State and Local Government
at Harvard University, and the Simmons College Corporation. She was
elected to the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School Committee, a Massachusetts
regional public school system, from 1986 to 1993. She held several
financial management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and also
directed the design, production and delivery of world-wide management
training there. From 1975 to 1979, Ms. Rappaport was a
PriceWaterhouseCoopers auditor, specializing in banking and healthcare.
She is co-founder of a new philanthropic venture, The Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
Ms. Rappaport earned a BA from Smith College and an MBA from the Simmons Graduate School of Management.

Jerry
Rappaport, Jr. - President and Chief Executive Officer, Director
Jerome L. Rappaport, Jr. defines and directs the company's vision,
strategic planning and implementation initiatives. He is
responsible for establishing the overall investment strategy of
the Fund, directing the acquisition and development activities of
the Fund, and co-management of the day-to-day business operations
of New Boston Fund. As head of the Investment Committee, he is
responsible for reviewing and approving all major transactions of
the company. He is also Chairman of the USA Fund, New Boston's
affiliate investment and development initiative focused in urban
transitional neighborhoods.
Mr. Rappaport has over 25 years of real estate investment and
development experience. From 1981 to 1989 he served as Director
of Development/Senior Associate for Halcyon, Ltd. in Hartford,
CT, where he oversaw a number of development projects, including
the redevelopment of Union Station in Hartford, CT. Mr. Rappaport
also served as a consultant to the US Department of Housing and
Urban Development's Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) program
from 1981 - 1988. From 1989 until 1992, he served as Senior Vice
President, Acquisitions and Finance for Charles River Properties,
Ltd in Boston, MA. In 1992, Mr. Rappaport, together with the New
Boston Board of Directors, founded New Boston Fund and became its
President.
Mr. Rappaport has served as Past President of the Greater Boston
Real Estate Board. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors
for the MA Chapter of NAIOP and founding co-Chairman of the
Commonwealth Housing Taskforce. He has filled long term Steering
Committee and Program Committee leadership roles at the local and
national levels of the Urban Land Institute. He is also active
in the Rental Housing Association, Building Owners and Managers
Association (BOMA), Pension and Real Estate Association (PREA),
National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM),
Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), and MIT Center for Real
Estate. Mr. Rappaport has been a long term visiting lecturer at
the Kennedy School of Government and is a founding member of the
Harvard Real Estate Academic Initiative.
Mr. Rappaport received an AB from Harvard College and a Master of
City and Regional Planning from the Kennedy School of Government
and Harvard Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
