History of Investment Activity
Since its establishment in 1993, New Boston has sponsored a series of eight closed-end value added commingled real estate investment funds, all of which a closed to new investors and are in various stages of their investment lives. The following table provides an overview of New Boston’s prior funds from inception through September 30, 2013. Actual assets owned will vary due to prior dispositions.

On an aggregate basis during the period of 1993-2011, New Boston managed funds have invested, in real estate or developed real estate with a combined cumulative market value of over $4.0 billion consisting of over 23 million square feet of commercial property, 7,500 residential units, 246 hotel rooms and 300 acres of land.
